1993 - 2003: Advanced from Senior Mechanic to Head of the Material and Technical Supply and Procurement Base at "Tyumentransgaz" LLC.
2003 - 2016: Chairman of the United Trade Union Organization of "Tyumentransgaz" LLC (later "Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk").
2016 - Present: Chairman of the All-Russian Trade Union of Workers of the Oil, Gas, and Construction Industries.

2006 – 2016: Deputy of the Yugorsk City Duma (4th and 5th convocations), Deputy Chairman of the Duma.
